The foundations of Mastoor Group were laid by Haji Abdul Lateef Mastoor, who entered the steel industry before the partition of the subcontinent. He built the family's reputation through the manufacturing of steel lockers and strong-room doors — laying the foundation for what would become a generational business.
In 1964, his son Haji Abdul Zakariya Mastoor carried his father's vision forward, expanding the family into large-scale manufacturing. Under his leadership the family's industrial expertise grew significantly, reaching into entirely new sectors.
The legacy was carried forward by his six sons — each contributing to the family's continued industrial growth and shaping the diversified group that stands today.
